Student Enrollment Agreement & Terms

• Student must provide Full Name, Date of Birth, CNIC/B-Form, Email, WhatsApp, and Address.
• Include Education Level, Institute Name, Gender, Nationality, and Guardian Info (if under 18).
• Emergency contact required. Mention allergies or accommodations if applicable.
• Course Duration: 8 weeks (2–3 live classes/week, 1–2 hrs each)
• Class Format: In-person; student brings laptop, campus provides classroom/projector
• Campus details and preferred time slot must be selected.

2. Legal Documents & Consents

• Required: CNIC/B-Form, recent photo, and guardian CNIC (if under 18)
• Foreign nationals must provide visa/permit copy
• Parent/Guardian signature required if under 18

3. Fees & Payment Terms

• Tuition Fee (Full Season): ₨ __________
• Installment Plan: ₨ __________ /month for 2–3 months
• Due: Within 5 days of invoice issuance

4. Attendance & Assignments

• Minimum Attendance: 75% for certificate eligibility
• Missed sessions may be rescheduled once (if available)
• Assignments due weekly (Sunday 11:59 PM PKT)
• Consistent missed work may lead to suspension

5. Code of Conduct

• Maintain respectful and inclusive behavior at all times
• No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• No plagiarism or unauthorized collaboration

6. Intellectual Property & Usage

• All course content is © SynTraverse Academy
• Do not copy, record, distribute without permission
• Students own their submitted work but allow SynTraverse to feature it for marketing

7. Privacy, Media & Data

• Data Collected: Personal, academic, payment, emergency info
• Stored securely up to 3 years; not shared with 3rd parties without NDA
• Media Consent: Opt-in or opt-out of marketing usage of your photo/video/project
• Data modification or deletion requests may be sent to the official email

8. Health & Liability

• Follow all safety rules and campus protocols
• SynTraverse is not responsible for injury, loss, or medical emergencies
• Emergency contacts will be used in such cases

9. Termination & Suspension

• May result from poor attendance, missing assignments, misconduct
• Violation of payment terms or IP use results in immediate suspension
• No refund upon termination

10. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

All legal matters are governed by Pakistani law. Disputes shall be resolved amicably or in the courts of Islamabad if necessary.

11. Final Acknowledgment

By signing or completing your online enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms of this Enrollment Agreement.
